Industrial maintenance, under control

A custom app that centralizes equipment, breakdowns, spare parts and technician work for an export company.

The challenge

A food & agriculture export company with facilities that can't afford downtime needed to manage its maintenance without relying on scattered spreadsheets or each technician's memory.

The everyday questions had no quick answer: what equipment is there and where? what has broken down and in what state? how many spare parts are left and in which warehouse? how much time does each technician spend on each job? It was all spread across paper, Excel and WhatsApp.

What we built

A complete CMMS (computerized maintenance management system), built to fit their operation:

  • Asset and equipment registry, organized by plant, area and line, with bulk import from Excel.
  • Breakdown reports with photos, status tracking and documented closure.
  • Work orders with the real hours spent by each technician.
  • Spare-parts inventory across multiple warehouses, with automatic, safe stock deduction (no mismatches).
  • Product catalog and stock movements between warehouses.
  • Automatic summaries sent to the team over Telegram, sorted and de-duplicated.
  • Excel export and reports for management and suppliers.

The result

All maintenance lives in a single tool. The team knows in real time what stock is available, which breakdowns are open and how much work each asset has accumulated. Automatic summaries keep everyone informed —no meetings, no paper job sheets.
